Setup:

Furniture will be moved away from the area to be painted and protected with plastic.

Floors are covered with drop cloths, hardwood floors are covered with red-rosin paper.

Expert Surface Preparation:

• Remove defects and imperfections
• Bare wood is primed
• Holes and cracks are caulked or spackled
• Light switch and outlet covers are removed
• Repair any drywall defects in accordance to contract
• Prime any repaired drywall areas
• Apply a deglosser on stained wood surfaces prior to paint application
• Application of product
• Paint is applied with a brush, roller or sprayer depending on the surface and area
• Clean cut lines will be between trim and walls, wall and ceiling
• Premium high quality paints are used

Clean up:

Furniture is placed back to the original position. Install light switch and outlet covers. Clean up performed daily and at completion of the job. All debris removed.

The crew supervisor will make themselves available for a walk-through of the property with the customer on the day of completion during normal working hours. The crew supervisor will complete a punch-out list during the walk -through. Any touch-ups will be done prior to leaving the job.

If touch ups or any paint deficeincies are identified after we have left, ALLEGIANCE'S commitment is to return within three business days from time of notification.

Touch-up paint is labeled and left with the customer.

Preparation:

All surfaces of your home that will be painted or stained will be thoroughly power washed to remove chipped, peeling and blistered paint, dirt and pollution that paint will not adhere to.

If any loose paint remains it will be removed by scraping and using a wire brush to ensure a stable surface for the paint to adhere to.

All loose lap siding and trim boards will be nailed down with a spiral type nail.

All exposed bare wood and wax bleed through will be primed with an alkyd (oil based) primer.

All voids and finger joints will be caulked with a 55-year elastomeric caulk. Where the body or trim meets brick, stucco or clad windows a 35-year caulk will be used to these areas.

Wood and stucco repairs are available upon request at a competitive rate or included when specified on the contract.

Application oF Product:

The products used on the main body surfaces will be applied with an airless spray pump and trim by hand.

The body will receive two un-diluted complete coats of product

The trim will receive two un-diluted complete coats of product

During the coating process, your property, shrubs and flowers will be completely protected.

ALLEGIANCE will apply all coatings to exact manufacturer's specifications.

COMMENCEMENT OF WORK

All empty product containers, paper, and plastic will be removed from the job site.
